This policy explains what MadFish Solutions, LLC (“MadFish”, “we”, “us”) collects through the madfisharmory.com marketing website, how we use it, and the choices you have. This policy covers this website only. Rangune, Iron Register, MadFish One and Armory Tools are separate applications with their own privacy policies, since they process data on behalf of the dealers and ranges that use them.

Information we collect

• What you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email, shop or range name, which product interests you, and your message. We use it to reply to your inquiry and to plan any follow up.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider logs the IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and rate limiting. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
• Cookies. This website does not set marketing or advertising cookies. Any cookies present are limited to what is strictly necessary to keep the site working.

How we use information

• To respond to your message and answer questions about our products.
• To route your inquiry to the right product team (Rangune, Iron Register, MadFish One or Armory Tools).
• To send service related email, such as a reply to your inquiry. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and you can opt out of any follow-up at any time by replying or emailing us.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share information only with:

• Service providers that host this website, deliver email and process the contact form, under agreements that limit their use of the data to providing that service to us.
• The MadFish Armory product you asked about, so the right team can follow up. No other product team receives your details.
• Law enforcement or regulators, only when required by law.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, to support your account. If you are not a customer, we delete inquiries that have gone stale after a reasonable period, and sooner on request.

Your choices and rights

If you submitted the contact form and want your details corrected or deleted, email us and we will do so within 30 days. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, Colorado and others, may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or limit the use of their information, which we honor to the extent they apply to a small business website like ours.

Children

This website is directed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
